Got it for my wife who loves gardening but had to stop taking care of our garden because of sciatica. I don't mind watering the plants myself, but she started to fall into some kind of depression because of the pain, so I dug up the information on the internet and ordered around 5 different gadgets I found online, this Hugterra Belt being one of them. She tried them all and this is by far the most effective one. Saw another picture of the belt with a cat (kitten actually) and noticed my cat is attracted to this belt too (maybe it's the color :D). Now, closer to the subject - it takes a while to see noticeable results, around a week or so, but they do come. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and went to numerous chiropractors/tried countless remedies, the quickest & easiest way to get relief were ice packs (before I found this belt), but not the belt drastically reduced the pain in my lower back so I rarely get a flare-up. For me that's a 5/5, I have it for around a month and so far I'm happy with it, if anything comes up I'll update my review.
